About Me

Thrive Group is just me, and that’s by design. I work directly with every client, drawing on decades of experience in brand strategy, market research, operations, leadership, and finance. When a project calls for full execution beyond strategy and market research, I bring in trusted specialists I have worked with for years, leading them as one coordinated effort.

Professional Snapshot

I have spent more than 20 years shaping and growing brands, from running P&Ls and leading teams to guiding high-stakes strategy in the boardroom.
Today, I advise companies in B2B, B2C, and regulated industries during moments that can define their future: mergers and acquisitions, leadership transitions, market shifts, portfolio expansions, and high-stakes launches.

What Sets Me Apart

Most brand strategists come from a purely creative background. I began in finance and management consulting before leading global brands and running businesses firsthand. This experience grounds my work in commercial reality. I read financial statements, understand operational complexities, and evaluate strategy through the lens of business economics as well as brand. That combination makes my work equally relevant in a creative workshop and in the boardroom.

Beyond The Work

I live in Los Angeles, but I travel extensively and have lived abroad several times. I cook often, collect tequila and speak regularly on its history and production, and keep up with a never-ending podcast queue (mostly finance, economics, and social commentary). I am also a frequent speaker on brand strategy, market research, and personal finance, and serve on the board of a non-profit that brings clean water to communities near Tequila, Mexico
